I structure the approach, curate the right senior team for the specific challenge, and stay at the table until the outcome is real. Across my career I’ve built companies, advised boards, led turnarounds, and closed deals in sectors from defence and infrastructure to education and technology — always between Lisbon and Madrid.

Parallel to Sarmentu, I’m Co-Founder of Guardiun, building a pan-European safety platform for schools. I advise from the trenches, not the sideline — facing the same headwinds as my clients: regulatory complexity, cross-border scaling, and the need to execute fast with limited resources.
